3) REGISTRATION:

All participants must register via this link: https://tithe.ly/event-registration/#/7622694. IMPORTANT: registration deadline is on October 6, 2023. FEES AND DATES OF PARTICIPATION: The registration fee is $30 per person (children under 12 years old are exempt from the fee), but it is very important to register children as there will be a special schedule.

4) HOSPITALITY:

Accommodation in the houses is limited and will be in the order of registration, even so, it will be under the administration of the conference, if you choose accommodation in a brother's house, at the time of registration, a maximum of 3 days you will be notified if you will have it or not. 5) TRANSPORTATION:

The conference will not have transportation service for the conference activities. Each participant must be responsible for their transportation. But the service of picking up and taking the brothers to the AIRPORT will be offered. It is very important to specify very well in the registration so that we can have all the flight information. 6) CHILDREN'S SERVICE:

There will be a very special program for children (details on children's service to be announced soon). As a reminder, parents are responsible for supervising their children before and after the meeting to ensure their safety and appropriate behavior.
